She has raised more than $500 million for local, state, and federal campaigns and has advised the political programs of associations, corporations, and nonprofit organizations across the country.

In addition to fundraising, Molly has led and managed multiple 501(c) organizations, serving in executive director roles and overseeing budgeting, development, board governance, external communications, and large-scale programming. She has worked extensively with both House and Senate Ethics Committees and has planned and executed complex congressional delegation trips.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Molly is a graduate of Culver Academies and Northwestern University. She remains actively engaged with Culver Academies Alumni Association, serves on the Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation Board and serves in volunteer roles for Scouting America Girls Troop 8 and Boys Troop 8 in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Molly lives in Kensington, Maryland, with her three children.
